I Write the Words That Capture The Experience of Going to Your Restaurant: The Flavors, Aromas, Atmosphere and People that Make it Great.

I wanted to create something that created a Triple Win with the restaurants and businesses I work with. I work with the restaurant owners, and decision makers of the restaurant.

 I create a “team” with them and work side by side with the marketing directors and owners to showcase only the great things about the restaurant and what makes them unique. 

I find out what they want the world to know about their restaurant or food business, and I learn all I can about the restaurant, the company, and it’s  history and I do what they are NOT doing or have never tried before.

Sometimes you just never thought of it or didn’t know anybody who can make it all happen. Part of the success of working with companies and helping them showcase what makes them great, is seeing their vision for their company.

 I propel their vision in unique  ways that generated business equaling dollars for my clients. 

A Feature  Story accentuates the positive things to do near restaurant and only those things. In other words, I capitalize on what’s great and unique Dash it’s not every view which tells what’s good and bad and needs Improvement those don’t make the company money that feature stories do.

 I also shoot high-definition photographs and high resolution photos in 24 megapixel resolution with a Nikon 3200 DSLR camera.


These unique, custoized pictures can be blown up mural size for wall art or to create a menu with or LED slide presentation.  I work by the into a flat rate per project. That varies, depending on how many photos my client wants. The basic rate for an Illustrated Feature Story Illustrated Chef interview, customized high definition or high resolution at 24 megapixel photographs with either or both my Nikon D 3200 DSLR camera and or high definition with my Galaxy Note 4 phablet. My tablet is not a phone it is a computerized miniature tablet that has over a hundred professional  photography apps on it.

With those Professional Photography Applications, combined with my 10 years of food Photography and Food Styling experience, and my Artistic Eye- I can create photographs they look like paintings, sketches, digital images that look exactly like the person through it or painted it

I photograph the food itself, as if it were a model, making it the star of your show – your restaurant.  Through thorough communication with your main people, I hope to capture and hey come to life in words and pictures in a restaurant on what does like to go there.

I shoot the interior and exterior of the restaurant itself known as Architectural Photography

Here are some that I photographed of the Ravioli Brassata at Otto Enoteca Pizzaria that Mario Batali and Bastianich are owners of. I took myself and a friend there for an early birthday present this year in August 2016. St. Mark’s Square is one of my favorite places in Las Vegas because you can usually always hear the music of the phenomenal Trio call The Venetian Trio almost every night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.


People from all over the world gather there and listen to the extraordinary violin accordion and flute music played there. If your Italian or partly Italian and even if you’re not, you definitely will feel better after going there! All this is in the Five star rated The Venetian Resort and Casino.


All the fabulous restaurants and food businesses in st. Mark’s Square at the Venetian get to enjoy the Beautiful music of The Venetian Trio. They made my birthday fabulous, I’m not kidding you! I’ve ever seen in my life that plays songs from almost every country you can think of! I’ve been to concerts in Southern California with prime seats that I didn’t enjoy as much as The Venetian Trio’s magical music.

In seventh heaven at Otto enjoying the whole experience and grand service I get every time I dine at this top notch restaurant with the most incredible looking woman I’ve ever seen in my life! You can travel through almost every region of Italy just by looking at the wine list.

China a Go Go

This small Chinese restaurant makes the best Chinese food in Las Vegas, NV -as far as I am concerned.  Every review on Yelp seems to agree with me! I have found absolutely no bad reviews on this place and it is phenomenal period between the high-quality ingredients, the portion size, the very nice customer service, and even their delivery is very impressive! I ordered from them last night and I use the Eat 24 app, which I had never used before. Their restaurant and online menu was so easy to use and effortless compared to all the others, and the estimated time that they thought the food would be ready and delivered was way ahead of schedule over half hour before they estimated that it would be out of the house they did it but everything was fantastic.

 I highly recommend trying this place because the menu is huge.

 I’ve been to fancy Chinese restaurants that were no where near as good as this place- and that is a fact! That includes Southern California as well.

Hidden away in a mini mall off Charleston, at 1029 S. Rainbow in Las Vegas, Nevada is a friendly, wonderful, family-owned restaurant called Jamm’s.

I discovered it a year ago when I was at the Albertson’s in the same mall shopping for my Christmas baking.

Jamm’s is the kind of place I pray to find: family owned with tons of regulars that the Klein family treats just like family. 

You can see the look on every diner’s face as their food comes and the happy, like the content expressions Jack has who has been a happy customer since Jamm’s opened. 

Jamm’s has a history of 20 years and a legacy of memories that paint the walls like a patchwork quilt with happy customers.

 Not only can you get fabulous omelets, with signature, unique ingredients like the Mediterranean Omelet, buy you can get a wide array of American Regional favorites too.

The eggs were cooked to perfection and the combination of flavors reminded me of Spanikopeta from Greece-with spinach, feta cheese, black olives and hollandaise sauce. 

All in all they have nineteen different omelets, including owner’s Ronni Klein’s recommendation of the Reuben Omelet.

Can you believe Jamm’s cooks found a way to merge a waffle and pizza? They did! They have what’s called the Waffle Pizza with a freshly made waffle for the crust, smothered in marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Jamm’s Restaurant made the TV Headlines with their Jamminator. It was made famous by Adam Richman on Man Finds Food on the Travel Channel. It consists of a Reuben Omelet on a deep fried battered pretzel bun. So, in other words, you’ll find a little bit of everything at Jamm’s: comfort foods, unique and innovative flavor combinations and owners who care about every person who walks through their doors. It is evident in all they do.

They could be famous for their baked breads alone in my opinion.
There are so many choices at Jamm’s. I only wish they were open later in the day, but that is what makes this place so special. They are not open all day long. 

They are famous for many things, but with me the bakers should get an award for baking up their  tender, fragrant Pot of Bread!

I got the Cinnamon Raisin today with my omelet. They also have a plain Pot of Bread and a specialty flavor that is made weekly. You just need to ask your server what the bakers are baking up that week! You can also take home a 4 pack for a mere $6.95!

If you like pancakes and waffles, or Chicken and Waffles; Jamm’s features seven specialty pancakes, and even an unusual savory waffle called a Chicken BLT Green Waffle which is a deep fried battered waffle with green onions, crispy chicken, cheddar, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes, served with French fries.

Their French Toast Fries can be eaten on the run when you don’t have much time or don’t want a huge breakfast.
Jamm’s has inventive sandwiches, wraps and paninis that will knock your socks off, or at least make your mouth water looking at them! 

Their Blast Sandwich is a twist on a BLT with added Swiss cheese. I want to try the Chicken and Peppers sandwich with grilled chicken and roasted peppers, pepper jack cheese on pretzel bread. 

How about this for unique-Turkey, Swiss and Pear Wrap? 

Jamm’S combines turkey, Swiss cheese, fresh spinach and a thinly sliced pear in a tortilla with a warm honey mustard dressing.

 I lived in southern CA over 40 years, so their California Club is one of my favorites-which is a club sandwich with avocado.

Their Cuban Panini is another one of their specialty sandwiches with ham, pulled pork, pickle, provolone cheese, mayo and mustard. That would make any Cuban’s mouth water if you ask me!
They have six fresh salads to choose from. Among my favorites are the Chinese Chicken Salad, Epinard Salad with spinach, grilled chicken, bleu cheese, apples, nuts and bacon and a sesame dressing.
You’ll find a wide selection of homemade soups and which are one of my weaknesses. You will surely feel like your grandmother is cooking for you when you check what’s cooking in their soup bowls. Flavors like-French Onion, Tuscan Bean, Cabbage, Tortilla Soup and New England Clam Chowder will delight your tastebuds.
Kids and seniors who are kids at heart will love it at Jamm’s with the very friendly, down to earth, family atmosphere. Everybody will feel at home here. There are menu selections to please everyone.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll see paintings painted by painters from Michoacán, colorful Mexican hats, the warmth of hand carved wood pillars and insets, that were really brought back by Mark Berry from Michoacán. See if you can find the large, wood rosary on one of the walls when you come in.

Mark Berry actually went to Michoacán, Mexico and brought back all the beautiful artifacts you will see in the restaurant – prior to the grand opening.

The restaurant was actually built by an architect around all of the things that you will see in the restaurant!

The Patzcuaro Room is a very place for private parties and other special events. Mark commissioned a painter to reproduce a street in Michoacán on the wall. I love that room!

Kyle is the general manager and happens to be related to Mark Berry. He is his Mark Berry’s son and you can tell because he is a “people person” who gets great joy-just like his dad does, from the customers being happy.

There’s Fidel who does all kinds of unseen special things in the kitchen and around the restaurant. Mark Barry referred to him as his “right hand man”.

Then there is Vidal who has been with the restaurant since it opened. He is as gallant and kind as he is hard-working.

Then there is Jose who I got to see “in action” in the kitchen during a busy weekend rush. He cooked countless dishes effortlessly with a calm expression on his face the whole time.

I have never seen a team in a restaurant work as hard and work happily together so well as the one at the Michoacan Gourmet Mexican Restaurant.

Outside the kitchen and serving you with a beautiful smile is Jenn and Jose, who are always hospitable and fun to be around, and they are great bartenders too.

There is a nice patio outdoors in the front of the restaurant with tables and chairs. You’ll hear music wafting through the air while you smell the aroma of fresh tortillas being made.

One thing’s for sure, the matter where you go at The Michoacán Gourmet Mexican Restaurant there’s not a bad seat in the house, and one thing’s for sure you won’t never mind the wait-if there is one- because the food is worth waiting for!
